What does the Health Disparities Sub-Committee stand for? 
The health disparities committee is a new committee created to addressing disparities among populations in the United States. By gathering data, information and meeting with leaders in the public health field, the committee will begin to formulate solutions and create educational materials to provide information to the general public. This committee will be service-based, focused on building and delivering solutions to address barriers to health access and social determinants of health.
